But before you drink that glass, let us take you back to the history of Whiskey, which originally came from Ireland in 1405. The drink name itself came from a mash of grains—commonly barley, corn, rye, or wheat (the seeds were ground, mixed with water, then heated) and distillation before being cooked inside a small barrel made from wood.
There are many types of Whiskey: Scotch Whiskey (Which has two types: rain and malt), American Whiskey (Which has three types: corn, rye, and bourbon) Japanese Whiskey, Irish Whiskey, Indian Whiskey, Welsh Whiskey, and Pure Pot still Whiskey.
Not only favorable for drinking, Whiskey can also be an ingredient for many dishes around the world, such as sweet dishes like Apple Tart, Bread and Butter Pudding, Whiskey Caramel Sauce, Whiskey Ice Cream, Chocolate Cake, and even savory dishes like Steak, Scrambled Eggs, Gravy, and Chicken. So many things that Whiskey can do! And we are so grateful for that.
