The meaning of THE MILESTONE is ‘pal kilometer’ (‘pal mil’), which is commonly encountered during road trips out of town.
In the context of this exhibition, THE MILESTONE refers to important works that are used as milestones or memorials during a career in art by every artist involved in this exhibition so that the works on display are selected according to the wishes of each. Although not always a masterpiece, every artist must have artwork with significant meaning that can be a memorial stone or a milestone during the creative process.
LABX Gallery is a special place for artists or creators to develop works of art through collaborations or other art events. Either through partnerships or other art events. This time through The Milestone hopes to highlight artists’ talents and showcase them to the public.
